Keith E. Summers

Covington, Ind. - Keith E. Summers, 59, of Covington, passed away at 8:30 p.m. EDT Wednesday, April 10, 2013 in rural Veedersburg, Indiana. He was born September 15, 1953 in Danville, Illinois, the son of the late Paul H. and Mildred Allen Summers. Survivors include one sister, Barbara Bushue; two brothers, Robert(Margaret)Summers and Joe(Jane)Summers; special nephew, Kenneth Lucas, all of Covington, Indiana, and several nieces and nephews. Keith was preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Lucas Hoaks. Keith attended West Liberty Church of Christ south of Covington, Indiana. He was a 1972 graduate of Covington High School. He enjoyed fishing, especially fishing trips to Florida. Keith loved playing many different string instruments, hunting and mushrooming. Memorial services: 11 a.m. EDT Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at West Liberty Church of Christ; Officiating: Kevin Wildman; Visitation: 10 a.m. EDT until time of services at the church; Burial of cremains will be held at a later date.
