Keanna Mackenzy Taylor

Indianola, Ill. - Keanna Mackenzy Taylor, 21, of Indianola, passed away at 11:36 a.m. CDT Sunday, July 28, 2019 at Paris Community Hospital in Paris, Illinois.

She was born March 1, 1998 in Danville, Illinois the daughter of Benjamin L. and Malinda (McConnell) Taylor.

Survivors include her parents of Indianola; sister: Alshanda Taylor of Indianola, Illinois; brother: Benny Taylor of Tilton, Illinois; maternal grandparents: Julia (Craig) Ellis of Ajo, Arizona; paternal grandmother: Vernie Vessel of Georgetown, Illinois; two nieces: Ellie Taylor and Mackenzy Carrington, and two nephews: Jayce and Cody Carrington.

Keanna was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather/mother: Larry (Connie) McConnell, and paternal grandfather: Richard Taylor.

Keanna attended Catlin High School. She enjoyed nature, gazing at the stars and spending time in the woods. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

Funeral services: 5 p.m. EDT Sunday, August 4, 2019 at DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana; Visitation: 2 p.m. EDT until time of services at the funeral home. Cremation will be accorded following services.
