Kathryn Turner

Catlin- Kathryn Turner, 75, died February 5, 2012 with her family by her side. She was born September 1, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois to Roswell and Ruth Gugin. She moved to Danville at a young age. Kathy graduated from Danville High and then lived the majority of her life in Catlin. She was an active member of First Church of Christ, Georgetown, and was a mighty prayer warrior for her family and friends. Kathy is survived by her 5 children, Vickie Peppers (Roy), Tammy Bolser (Dan), Toni Shepherd (Mark), Danny Wright (Lynne), Mark Wright (Sarah); 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and two sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jesse Turner; and grandson, Joshua Shepherd. Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at First Church of Christ, Ministry Center, 503 North Main Street, Georgetown, Illinois on Thursday, February 9, 5:00-7:00pm.
