Kathryn Frey

Kathryn Rosemary Frey, 94, of 18 Ambassador Drive, Danville, IL, passed away at 12:15 p.m., Monday, July 7, 2014 at Hawthorne Inn of Danville. Born August 26, 1919 in Champaign, IL to Harry and Alta Graham Bruno, she married Emil A. Frey, Jr. in 1936. Kay was preceded in death by her daughter, Carole Frey Hettinger. She is survived by her son, Brian J. Frey (Janis) of Peoria, IL, her granddaughter, Beth Hettinger Tindall (Jeff) of Maryland, and her grandsons, Mark G. Hettinger (Susan) and Douglas A. Hettinger of Watseka, IL. Mrs. Frey retired as the Church Secretary of Central Christian Church, Danville. Sunset Funeral Home, 3940 N. Vermilion Street, Danville, IL 61834 is in charge of arrangements. Cremation has been accorded. Interment will be in Gridley Cemetery, Gridley, Illinois.
