Kathryn E. Bennett

Kathryn E. Bennett, 97, of Danville passed away at 5:20pm Sunday June 5, 2005 at Provena United Samaritan Medical Center in Danville. She was born May 22, 1908 in Mt. Carroll, Illinois, the daughter of the late Alvin and Florence (Neader) Edwards. She married Albert F. Bennett April 22, 1934 in Mt. Carroll. He preceded her in death on December 18, 1964. Kathryn attended Mt. Carroll public schools and Schinier School for Girls in Mt. Carroll. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed cooking, shopping, and loved dogs. Survivors include two sons: Thomas A. (Donna) Bennett and Jerry E. Bennett, both of Danville; two granddaughters, Karen and Sheila; and four great grandchildren, Nicole, Emily, Kelley and Jeffery.
