Kamplain Sally

Sally K. Kamplain, 54, of Danville, passed away at 7:58 pm Thursday May 20, 2004 at Provena USMC Logan Campus ER. Sally was born October 30, 1949 in Danville the daughter of Harry C. and Bessie (Seal) Hummer. Sally married Lloyd "Wes" Kamplain on February 22, 1969 in Danville and he survives of Danville. Other survivors include her mother Bess Hummer of Danville 1 son Greg (Deborah) Kamplain of Peoria and 1 daughter Amy Kamplain of Danville. 1 sister Lillian (James) McKillop of Longview, TX 2 nephews Shawn and Eric McKillop both of TX. Sally's father Harry Hummer preceded her in death. Sally graduated from Danville High School in 1967 and from DACC Nursing School in 1975 as an LPN. Sally worked as a nurse and OR Tech at the VA Hospital from 1976 to 1997. Sally was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Sally had many hobbies including vegetable and flower gardening, cooking and baking, shopping and garage sales, playing on the computer, sewing groups, doing home improvements, and was a much accomplished seamstress.
