Julia Grubb

Julia (Judy) A. Grubb, 66, of Georgetown passed away at 6:50a.m. on August 29, 2009 at Provena USMC Logan Campus. Judy was born March 29, 1943 in Attica, IN the daughter of Harold and Mildred (Mike) Robertson Finney. She married Leslie Allen Grubb on May 2, 1964 in Attica. He survives along with one son, Gregory S. (Sherri) Grubb of Georgetown; two brothers, Mick (Mary Lou) Finney of Clinton, IN and Terry (Sharon) Finney of Lafayette, IN; three grandchildren, Gregory A. Grubb of Danville, Joshua M. Sollars and Heather N. Grubb of Georgetown. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Flora Elizabeth Finney and two brothers Mark F. Finney and Jeffery L. Finney. Judy worked as a Department Manager for K-Mart for 27 years before her retirement. She enjoyed working on crossword puzzles and reading, but her greatest love was spending time with her children and grandchildren. Per Judys request there will be no services and cremation will be accorded. Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center is in charge of carrying out Judys wishes.
