Julia Mimi Holloway Cauley, age 66, of Danville, passed away at 11:30 pm on Monday, March 3, 2008 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. She was born February 27, 1942 in Lexington, Mississippi the daughter of James Thomas and Francis (Pike) Holloway. She married Ed Cauley on December 22, 1960 in Inverness, Mississippi. He survives. Julia is also survived by her four children: Lisa (Dr. John) Adams of Danville, Cliff (Jeanette) Cauley of Bismarck, Chris (Renee) Cauley of Jonesborough, Tennessee, Missy (Jeff) Miller of Danville; two brothers: Buddy Holloway of Texarkana, TX and Jimmy Holloway of Sinton, TX; three sisters: Frances Reed of Winona, Mississippi, Charlotte Buchanan Vincent of Indianola, Mississippi, Carolyn Donham of Greenview, Mississippi; nine grandchildren: Becky and Clayton Miller, Tony, Josh, and Kyle Miller, Amanda and Justin Cauley, Kristen and Jacob Cauley; a special niece: Carolann Bryant and a special friend: Norma Powell. Julia was preceded in death by her parents and one brother: Tommy Holloway. Julia spent most of her time being a home maker and raising her and Eds children. She also worked as a beautician and ran a craft business with her husband out of their home called Julie Anns Crafts. She loved to go camping, fishing and traveling. She enjoyed sewing in her free time. Julia was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church of Danville. A celebration of the life of Julia Cauley will be held at 10 am on Friday, March 7, 2008 at Sunsets Community and Life Tribute Center (formerly Lakeside-Barrick Funeral Home) 3550 N. Vermilion St. Danville, IL 61832 with Reverend Curtis Hawkins officiating. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 pm on Thursday, March 6, 2008 at the Tribute Center.
