Judy Novick

Judy A. Novick, 66, of Westville passed away at 9:48pm, Friday, May 18, 2018, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana. She was born on December 10, 1951, in Danville, IL the son of John A. and Margaret {Miller} Novick, both deceased. Judy is survived by: her brother, John Novick of Fairmount; her sisters, Jackie (Mike) Moore of Tilton and Jill (Jim) Beyers of Georgetown; her nieces & nephews, John (Andrea) Novick, Cory (Tammy) Barton, Ethan (Kelsi) Novick, Natalie (Joey) Couch, Justin (Johanna) Beyers, Casi (Frank) Spencer; and her great-nieces & great-nephews, Savanna, Jody, Olivia, Nevin, Rowan, Trenton, Brynn, Natalie, Maddison, & Lily. She was preceded in death by her nephew, Jody Barton. Judy graduated from Westville High School Class of 1969. She worked for Scitec Communications for 20 plus years as their accountant and was a member of St. Isaac Jogues Parish in Georgetown. One of her favorite activities was being outside and enjoying Nature, as well as reading. She was also a huge Chicago Cubs fan. Judy loved being with her family and had very warm and loving heart. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, May 24, 2018, at St. Isaac Jogues Church, 109 W 7th St, Georgetown, with Father Deus Byomuhangi officiating. Visitation will be held 10:00am to 11:00am on Thursday prior to her service at the Church. She will be laid to rest in Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Westville. Memorial donations may be given in her name to Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery. Sunset-Urbas Funeral Chapel assisted her family with arrangements.
