Judy Kaye Gearheart

Danville - Judy Kaye Gearheart of Danville, Il. passed away on June 20, 2017 at her home. She was born in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky the daughter of Harlen & Molly Gearheart. Judy enjoyed watching soap operas and loved finding bargains at rummage sales. Mostly she enjoyed time spent with her family especially her grandchildren and her cat, Sammy. Judy is survived by her significant other of 42 years, Jim Lamb. Her daughters; Beverly (Joseph) Potter, Jamie Moody, brothers; Calvin (Betty) Gearheart, sister; Beatrice (David) Hicks, grandchildren; Kaytlin and Joseph Potter, Jr., Taylor Moore, Randy and Alicia Miller and great-grandchildren; Brylee and Sawyer. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in Judy's name to the American Cancer Society. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother Charles. A celebration of life will be held for Judy at 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home & Cremation Center. A visitation will be held Tuesday from 9:00 am - 11:00 am.
