Judy Harry

Judith Dianne (Allen) Harry passed away on August 19, 2023 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. She was born to Clyde and Marjorie (Lux) Allen in Urbana, Illinois on August 27, 1940. She married James A. Harry on November 13, 1976, at the First Baptist Church in Mahomet. Judy attended the University of Illinois and retired from U of I Admission and Records, was a member of Beta Sigma Phi sorority, U of I Rebounders, and the Carle Auxiliary. She loved traveling, going out for breakfast, playing cards, Illini sports, shopping, and attending all of her (grand) nieces and (grand) nephews events. She is survived by her brother, Chuck (Sharon) Allen; nieces Kristen (Mark) Harrison, Heather Sinclair, nephew Jeremy (Kristin) Allen; grandnieces, Megan Harrison and Harper Allen, and grandnephews Jeremiah and Elijah Sinclair.

Visitation will be held from 10am to 12pm on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center 1102 Churchill Rd. 61853 in Mahomet, IL. followed by a private graveside service. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Foundation.
