Judith Ann Hembrey Marsters of Edinburg, passed away on Friday, March 16, 2007 at her home. She was born July 17th, 1938 in Danville, IL the daughter of Chester and Madge Boone Hembrey. She graduated from Danville High School where she was active in the music program. She attended the University of Illinois for two and one half years and graduated from Sangamon State University with a BA in Liberal Arts. She married John Marsters February 14th, 1959 and he survives. She is survived by her daughter Carole of Cary, IL , son Nick of Edinburg, grandchild Schuyler Quentin Marsters, a step-brother and sister in law, John and Donna Bracewell, step-sister and brother in law, Betty and Wayne Kizer, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was the Organist at the Edinburg United Methodist church for 30 years. She was Village Treasurer and employed by the Village of Edinburg for 27 years. She was preceded in death by her parents Chester and Madge, her step-mother, Ruby Hembrey, a daughter Julie Ann Marsters, and a sister Alice R. Hodge.
