Judith "Judy" Ann Boose Brewer David, 85, of Danville, passed away at 5:24am, Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at her home. She was born on April 17, 1939, in Danville, IL, the daughter of Harley and Anna {Bowen} Boose. She was United in marriage to Robert J. David of February 14, 1986, in Danville. She is also survived by: her sons Timothy Brewer and Craig (Denise Finley) Brewer; stepchildren, Douglas (Leigh) Davidi, Nancy (James) Crump; her grandchildren Todd Brewer, Jennifer (Ronald) Christopher, Shannon (Chad) Williams, Samantha Brewer, Troy White, and Heather Bland; step grandchildren Lesli David, Zachary Davidi, Alexandrea Crump, Rachel, Patrick, and Phillip Crump; Her great grandchildren Kayla, Trenton, Wyatt, Lincoln, Makayla, Kinsley, Chasyn, Chevy, Hadleigh, and Beckett; and great great granddaughter Wrenleigh. She was preceded in death by: her husband Robert J. David; her parents, Harley and Anna Boose; her stepson Paul David; and her best friend/dog Addie. She worked at TeePak as an operator for 33 years. She was a member of St. Paul's Church and member of the Moose Lodge #1001 in Danville. Judith was an enthusiast for adventure, whether she was riding her motorcycle, bowling in the winter, or enjoying fishing and boating during the summer months. She cherished the thrill of travel, creating memories that lasted a lifetime. Judith also loved spending time at the skate rink, celebrating moments with laughter and joy. Her kitchen was a haven filled with the scents and flavors she expertly concocted. Cooking was her love language, and she delighted in sharing her creations with family and friends. In the evenings, you could find her dancing along to her favorite country music or watching “Dancing with the Stars.” Judith’s proudest accomplishment was serving as Drum Roll Major, a title that showcased her leadership and dedication. She will be deeply missed, but her loving spirit and adventurous heart will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00pm, Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at St. Paul's Catholic Church, Danville. Visitation will be held 1pm-2pm, Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at St. Paul's Catholic Church. She will be laid to rest in Resurrection Cemetery, Danville. Memorial donations may be given in her name to St. Paul's Catholic Church.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday March19, 2025, at St. Paul's Catholic Church 1303 N. Walnut St., Danville, IL 61832. Officiating will be Father Cyr. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery 818 Wendt Ave. Danville, IL 61832. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church.
