Williamsport, Ind. -- Judith Ann Oilar, 67, of Williamsport, passed away at 1 a.m. EDT Monday, September 20, 2010 at The Waters of Williamsport. She was born April 29, 1943, in Champaign, Illinos the daughter of the late Otis and Hattie Webber White. She was formerly married to Robert L. Frampton. She married Virgil Oilar in 1998 in Covington, Indiana. He preceded her in death on April 7, 2002. Survivors include: two daughters, Jennifer Ann(Irene Tite)Bohlander of Canada and Lori(Christopher)Marxmiller of Atlanta, Georgia; five grandchildren, Megan and Luke Bohlander; Jessie Tite; Spencer and Presley Marxmiller. She was preceded in death by one grandson, Christian Robert Marxmiller. Judy formerly worked at the Veterans Administration in Columbus, Missouri and the Veterans Administration in Danville, Illinois. She was a 1961 graduate of Urbana High School. She received her L.P.N. Degree in Mattoon, Illinois. Judy enjoyed spending time with her family, loved to watch Elvis Presley movies, bowling and fishing. Funeral services: 2 p.m. EDT Saturday, September 25, 2010 at DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana; Officiating: Pastor Steve Nelson; Burial: Lower Mound Cemetery north of Perrysville, Indiana; Visitation: Noon EDT till time of services on Saturday, September 25, 2010 at the funeral home.
