Juanita J. Hutson

Juanita J. Hutson, 90, of Georgetown, IL passed away at 10:25 PM on March 24, 2022 at OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center in Danville, IL.

Juanita was born on April 11, 1931 the daughter of Henry and Beatrice (Draper) Huffman in Bismarck, IL. She married Jack Hutson on September 30, 1951 in Bismarck, IL and he preceded her in death on July 16, 2005.

Survivors include her sons, Michael (Anna) Hutson, Sr. of Indianapolis, IN, and Brian (Joyce) Hutson of Georgetown, IL, four grandchildren, Bethany Hutson of Charleston, IL, Cynthia Hutson of Indianapolis, IN, Michael (Sarah) Huston, Jr. of Indianapolis, IN and Amanda (Nick) Swango of Indianapolis, IN, as well as six great grandchildren. Juanita is also survived by her four siblings, Dick (Wanda) Huffman of Plainfield, IN, Charlie (Deloris) Huffman of Phoenix, AZ, Larry Huffman of Apple Valley, CA and Nancy Huffman of Indianapolis, IN.

Juanita is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jack Hutson and two sisters, Barbara Henderson and Harriet Cox.

Juanita retired from Colonial Manor where she was Head of Housekeeping for many years. She enjoyed spending her free time crocheting, working crossword puzzles and loved to watch episodes of NCIS.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St. Danville, Illinois 61834. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.

Memorial may be made in Juanitas memory to a charity of the donors choice.
