Juanita Glover, 75, of Danville, Illinois, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2008 at Woodside Hospice in Pinellas Park, Florida. Mrs. Glover was born July 24, 1932 in Danville, Illinois, where she spent most of her life, to John and Velva Robinson. She married Gene Glover in 1950. Recently she moved to Florida where she was a resident of Regal Palms at the Palms of Largo. She is survived by her daughter: Paula Black; granddaughter: Brittany Black; and son-in-law: Len Black all of Seminole, Florida. Survivors also include her sister: Edith Collier and brothers: John Robinson Jr. and Charles Robinson all of Danville, Ill; a sister: Norma Gay of Topeka, Kansas; and a sister: Evelyn Owens of Olympia Fields, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her parents John Robinson and Velva Robinson, as well as her brothers Elmer and Howard and sisters Genevive and Marie. Mrs. Glover attended Danville High School and retired from the Veterans Administration Hospital where she was employed as a CNA. She was a member of Saint Pauls Catholic Church. She loved gardening and decorating. Juanita supported the Lupus Foundation of America, Greater Florida Chapter. A celebration of life memorial service for Juanita Glover will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, April 26, 2008 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois. Inurnment will follow the service at Sunset Memorial Park.
