Juanita Bright, 85, of Danville, passed away at 12:56 pm Tuesday March 11, 2008 at Provena USMC. She was born August 4, 1922 in Danville the daughter of Edward and Janice (Johnson) Hall. Juanita married Louis Bratton in May of 1938, he preceded her in 1950 and later married Paul Bright on May 15, 1954, and he preceded her in 2005. Those who will miss her include: her seven children, Louis Bratton of Danville, Larry Bratton of Westville, Janice (Jim) Evans of Danville, Barbara (Guy) Stephens of Indianapolis, Donald Bratton of Indianapolis, Connie (Bill) Gumm of Sidell and Paula Long of Georgetown; her 19 grandchildren; her 27 great-grandchildren; her 2 great-great-grandchildren; her brother, Siegel Hall; and a special friend, Carolyn Nightlinger of Danville. Juanita was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and one grandson. She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking meals for holiday gatherings and was best known for her famous yeast rolls and her noodles, camping was a favorite pastime as well. A celebration of life funeral service for Juanita will be 10:30 am Monday March 17, 2008 at Sunset-Urbas Chapel of Westville. Officiating will be Rev. James Blue. Visitation for family and friends will be 2-6 pm Sunday March 16, 2008 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
