Joyce L. Ward

Joyce Ward, 91 of Champaign, IL. passed away on Thursday, May 4th, 2023, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL.

She was born in Paris, IL. on March 27, 1932 the daughter of Wes and Dorothy (Walden) Tolliver.

Joyce was a graduate of Paris High School class of 1950 and was also a graduate of Illinois State University in 1954. She resided in Broadlands, IL. from 1954-1993 and moved to Champaign in June of 1993 where she remained until her passing.

She is survived by her siblings, Carol Austin of Danville, IL., Sonny (Wes) Tolliver of Paris, IL., Pam Buchanan of St. Petersburg, FL., children; Mike (Patt) Ward of Champaign, IL., Debbie Ward of Spring, TX., Greg (Melinda) Ward of Broadlands, IL. grandchildren; Josh Ward of Savoy, IL., Stephanie Ward of Champaign, IL., Caitlin Ward of Camargo, IL., Jasmine Thompson of White Heath IL., Xander Ramthun PVT. of Fort Hood, TX., great grandchildren; Kailee Hill, Mason Ward, Carter Ward, Khloe Ward and Harper Ward.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Bob Tolliver.
