Joyce F. Johnson

Joyce Faye Johnson, 61, of Ridge Farm, passed away at 9:22pm, Monday, December 11, 2017, in Presence Covenant Hospital, Urbana. She was born on July 22, 1956, the daughter of Delmor and Mazelle {Thompson} Wills. She was married to Alan Johnson on June 15, 1974. He will miss her dearly. She is also survived by: her daughter, Victoria Johnson of Ridge Farm; her special friend, Becky Hoffman; her three God-children, Shelby Doggett, Brooke Fultz, and Danielle Fultz; one brother; and six sisters. She was preceded in death by: her parents; her son, Christopher Johnson; one brother; and one sister. Joyce enjoyed gardening, reading, and scrapbooking. She was always there for her family and cherished spending time with them. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. As per her wishes, Joyce will be cremated. No services will be held at this time. Sunset's Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home, 200 E. West Street, Georgetown, assisted her family with arrangements.
