Joseph Steven 'Tubbys' Phillips, Jr

Joseph Steven Tubbys Phillips, Jr., was sadly taken from this world on May 4th, 2008. He was born on January 8th, 2008, to Heidi Swaim of Westville and Joseph Phillips, Sr. of Westville, both will miss him dearly. He will also be greatly missed by: his brother, Jordan Peplow of Westville; his grandparents, Daniel Phillips, Sr. of Westville, Myrtle Lilley of Westville, and Sheila Arnette of Gibson City; as well as, his many Aunts, Uncles, & Cousins. His maternal grandfather, Rudolph Swaim and several aunts & uncles preceded Joseph in death. Services will be held at 11:00am, Wednesday, May 7th, 2008, at Sunset-Urbas Funeral Chapel, 414 S State St, Westville, IL. Visitation will be 9am to 11am before the service at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest in Sunset Memorial Park, Danville.
