Joseph Paul Wilson

Eugene, Ind. - Joseph Paul Wilson, 65, passed away unexpectedly on November 5, 2019. He was born on December 25, 1953.

Joe is survived by his best friend and wife, Linda of 46 years. They shared a wonderful life together.

Joe is also survived by his daughter, Joni Wallman and her husband, Andy; Daughter, Jenny Behnke and her husband, William. He was Bapaw to Joseph and Callie Behnke and cherished them dearly. He provided them countless 'Honda' rides and will forever leave a void that cannot be filled.

He enjoyed listening to the radio for his 60's and 70's music and loved the outdoors. Joe enjoyed classic vehicles of all kinds. He was a Dad of all trades. Joe had a never ending list of projects and was very skilled at working to complete them all. He had many special friends and was enjoying retirement to the fullest after putting in many years at Olin/Flexel and International Paper.

Memorial service: 7 p.m. EST Thursday, November 7, 2019 at DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana; Visitation: 3 p.m. EST until time of services on Thursday, November 7, 2019. The family request that in lieu of flowers that you please spend time with family and friends.
