Joseph Cline

Joseph Cline, 57, of Danville, passed away on June 21, 2016 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. He was born on October 14, 1958 in Danville, the son of Jackson Doyle and Betty Jean (Wifong) Cline. He married Peggy Cunningham on October 27, 1990 in Paris, IL. She survives. Joe will be deeply missed by his wife, Peggy Jeanne Cline, children; Tara Lynn Stark and Michelle Lee Stark, grandchildren; Zoe Sky Stark and Corbin Alexander Kelson, special nephew, Dennis Lee Cline, brothers; Jerald D. "Jerry" Cline, Jeffrey D. "Denny" Cline, Jonathan D. "Dave" Cline and sister, Jennifer D. Johnson. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, James D. Cline. Joe worked for District #118 for over 30 years. He enjoyed playing golf, watching NASCAR and working on his house and property. He was a devoted member of Central Park Church of Christ and a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and brother. He will be missed dearly. A celebration of life memorial service for Joe will be held on Monday, June 27, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Central Park Church of Christ in Danville with Pastor Wade Martin officiating. Visitation will be held from 1-2:00 PM prior to the service at the church. Memorials can be made in Joe's name to the Central Park Church of Christ.
