John Thoma

OHIO- John Craig Thoma 50 of Ohio formerly of Westville, IL passed away at 1:38pm Wednesday April 28, 2004 at Butler Hospital in Butler PA. He was born July 4, 1953, the son of the late John H. Thoma and Marcela (Lyons) Cambron. Survivors include his mother Marcella and stepfather Jim Cambron of Danville, one brother, Jeffery Thoma of Danville, two sisters, Kandis (Phillip) Conn and Julia (Thomas) Shepherd both of Danville. Two stepbrothers, Darrell (Kim) Cambron of Rankin, IL, and William (Cindy) Cambron of Danville. Two Stepsisters, Vicki Cundiff of Oakwood, IL and Kathy Moore of Idaho Falls, ID. Also surviving are three nieces, Charity Sukatski of Conn., Jennifer Petersak of Terre Haute, IND, and Brittany Shepherd of Danville, two Nephews, John "R.G." Shepherd of Danville, IND, and Jeremy Shepherd of Danville, IL, as well as being survived by two great- Nieces and a great Nephew. He is preceded in death by his father, John H. Thoma. John served his time in the Air Force and afterward started his own trucking company called, "Uncle John's Trucking". When John wasn't over the road, he enjoyed reading, fishing and hunting but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family, Nieces and Nephews.
