Perrysville, Ind. - John R. Farley, 70, of Perrysville, passed away at 11:55 a.m. EDT Sunday, April 8, 2012 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana. He was born December 20, 1941 in Vermillion County, Indiana, the son of the late Robert E. and Joy Ann Fultz Farley. He married Betty M. Kunkle on March 13, 1963 in Cayuga, Indiana. She survives. Other survivors include his children, Kelley(Rob)Wills of Catlin, Illinois; Shaun(Wendy)Farley of Clinton, Indiana; Ronda(Dale)Ford of Tompkinsville, Kentucky and Robert Farley of Perrysville, Indiana; ten grandchildren; two great granddaughters; two sisters, Janet Y.(Dick)Donald of Danville, Indiana and Kristin Ann(Gregg)Baxter of Eugene, Indiana; two brothers, Michael Jake(Madelyn)Farley of Eugene, Indiana and Frederick K.(Laurie)Farley of Cayuga, Indiana. John retired in 1991 as a supervisor at Danville Metal Stamping. He was a 1960 graduate of Cayuga High School. John attended the New Life Family Foursquare Church in Clinton, Indiana that his son, Pastor Shaun Farley ministers. John enjoyed woodworking, hunting, garden, mushrooming and watching his grandchildren participate in sporting events. John had many close friends and was a very devoted family man. EDT Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana; Officiating: Pastor's Morris Mott and Sonja Adams; Burial: Eugene Cemetery in Eugene, Indiana; Visitation: 4 to 8 P.M. EDT Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at the funeral home.
