Joel Roberts

Joel Michael Roberts, age 30, of Danville, passed away at 7:48 am on October 26, 2007. He was born September 4, 1977 in Danville the son of Bruce and Debbie (Grabhorn) Roberts. They survive. Joel is also survived by his fianc(c): Liza Harper of Danville; one brother: Justin (Dawn) Roberts of Danville; his maternal grandparents: Jean and Jerry Grabhorn of Indianapolis, paternal grandmother: Mildred Roberts of Danville and his nephew: Caleb Roberts of Danville. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather: Earl Roberts. Joel received his Bachelors degree from ITT in Indianapolis. He was currently employed at Fed Ex Ground in Champaign. Before that Joel worked for Life Safety Design in Danville. He was an avid computer gamer. He followed Kasey Kahne and other Dodge drivers in NASCAR and enjoyed Monster Trucks. He liked playing board games. Joel loved his dog Cerebus. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Cremation has taken place and there will be no public services at this time. Sunsets Community and Life Tribute Center of Danville handled arrangements. Memorials may be made in Joels name to the Danville Animal Shelter.
