Jerry L. Preston

Jerry Lawrence Preston of Danville, Illinois, died at home on Friday, September 17th, 2021. He was 74 years old.

Born on July 16th, 1947, Jerry served for three years in the United States Air Force as Pay Master during the Viet Nam conflict and was honorably discharged July 1967.

He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Carol Burger-Preston; Daughter, Amy Preston Johnson, and husband Eric; Son, Marion David Preston, and wife Kara; Sister Sandra Pachet and 6 grandchildren.

Services will be held on Friday, October 1st at 12 Noon at the National Cemetery, 1900 East Main Street, Danville, Illinois, 61832.
