Jennifer Ann Cardoza

Danville Jennifer Ann (Jenkins) Cardoza, 50, of San Antonio, TX formerly of Danville, IL passed away at her home on May 23, 2023 in Texas.

Jennifer was born on April 11, 1973 the daughter of Donald and the late Deborah (Schroeder) Jenkins, Sr in Danville, IL. She married Ernesto Cardoza on April 8, 2011 in Danville, IL and he survives.

Survivors include her husband Ernesto Cardoza of San Antonio, TX, , her mom June Jenkins (Jesus) of Danville, IL , her father, Donald (Donna) Jenkins, Sr of Georgetown, IL, her children, Antonio Cardoza, of San Antonio, TX, Daniel Cardoza of Danville, IL, and Deborah (David) Counce of San Antonio, TX, three grandchildren, Michael and Castiel Counce and Arian Cardoza, as well as four siblings, Michelle (Jerry) Avery and children of Fort Wayne, IN, Donald Jenkins, Jr and children of Danville, IL, Christopher Jenkins and children of Westville, IL and Abby Jenkins of Georgetown, IL as well as several other important family members.

Jennifer is preceded in death by her mother, Deborah Schroder Jenkins, her son, Alberto Cardoza and her uncle, Wayne Jenkins, her aunt Cindy Holliman, and "Brinie"

Jennifer enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandchildren, spending time in the outdoors, cooking and keeping up with family and friends on Facebook.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St. Danville, Illinois 61834. James Blue will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 5-7:00 PM on Friday, June 2, 2023 at the funeral home.
