Jennie Jean Wright, 87, of Danville passed away at 3:15 PM on September 11, 2012 at her residence. Jennie was born on April 28, 1925 in Whiting, Kansas, the daughter of Lee Roy and Neva (Howes) Davidson. She is survived by one son- Terry Wright of Westville, two daughters- Connie (Bill) Devore of Danville and Linda Wright of Danville, two brothers- Fred (Evelyn) Davidson of Fairmount and John Davidson of Kentucky, one sister- Marlene (Ray) Cornell of Georgetown, fourteen grandchildren- Richard Wright, Jason Wright, Shawn Jackman, James Wright, Abby Wright, Tommy Joe Henricks, Larry Henricks, Lee Ann Henricks, Chuck Devore, Cristie Onderjack, Toni Myers, TJ Devore, Todd Wright and Stacey Ezernack, twenty-seven great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son-Billy Wright, one daughter- Sharon Henricks and two sisters-Theola Bullington and Arlene Grimes. Jennie was a seamstress at Hospital Services until she retired. She loved crocheting, flowers and gardening. A Celebration of Jennie's life will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, A Life Celebration Home in Danville. A visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Sunset Memorial Park in Danville.
