Danville- Jenifer Lynn Bender, 39, of Danville, IL passed away on Saturday May 28, 2016 at 5:25 am at Gardenview Manor in Danville, IL. Jenifer was born on March 24, 1977 in Danville the daughter of Terry Wayne and Mary Lynn (Geades) Boggess. Survivors include her mother: Mary Boggess of Danville, IL, her daughter: Kaitlyn Bender of Danville, IL as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. Jenifer was preceded in death by her father: Terry Wayne Boggess, three brothers: Dustin Boggess and twins Jarrett and Garrett Boggess, one sister: Dawn Boggess, her paternal grandparents: Russell and Louise Boggess and maternal grandparents: George and Clara Geades. Jenifer was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Danville, a Danville High School graduate and received her degree in Accounting from DACC. She was an avid swimmer, competing in swimming competitions, as well as worked as a Life Guard at Garfield Pool. She also competed in many beauty pageants and dance completions growing up. Jenifer was employed at the McDonalds on North Vermilion in Danville for over 16 years. She loved to spend time with her daughter; Kaitlyn, her dog; Princess Khloe and enjoyed flower gardening. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center 3940 N. Vermilion St. in Danville with Pastor Raymie Gordon. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park in Danville. Visitation will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to First Presbyterian Church Danville, IL.
