Jenifer Cleland

Jenifer Spackman Cleland, 59, of White Heath, IL passed away at her home on Saturday, December 5, 2015. Jenifer was born on June 28, 1956 in Knoxville, TN., the daughter of Robert 'Doc' Spackman, II and Jane Garrison Spackman of Carbondale, IL. She married Thomas Cleland on June 5, 1982 in Champaign, he survives. Also surviving Jenifer are her two children, Joseph Cleland of Champaign and Sarah Cleland of Las Vegas, NV, her mother; Jane Spackman of Carbondale, IL, one brother; Robert Spackman III of Maurertown, VA, and one sister; Jill Skornia of St. Charles, MO She was preceded in death by her father and sister, Jan Wright. Jenifer enjoyed her job at Sport Redi-Mix in Champaign. She loved to spend time in her gardens and antiquing with her mother and sister. She kept many lifelong friendships and was truly loved by all. Jenifer was a very special person and she will be missed dearly. Love you 20 much. A visitation for Jenifer will be at Sunset Funeral Home Champaign-Urbana Chapel at 710 N. Neil in Champaign on Friday December 11, 2015 from 10am - 12 pm. Private family service will follow at 1pm. Memorials may be made in Jenifer's name to The American Cancer Society or The Salvation Army red kettle fund.
