Jeffrey Scott Andrews age 42 of Melbourne FL formally of Bismarck passed away at 9:25 a.m. Sunday May 9, 2004 in Melbourne. He was born May 22, 1961 in Danville the son of Wilbur "Andy" and Jeannette Hinton Andrews. Survivors; His mother Jeannette Andrews of Melbourne, one brother Stephen Brewer of Catlin, two sisters; Melody Andrews of Melbourne, Mary Beth (Greg) Noe of Melbourne, nieces and nephews Jennifer and Brandon Brewer, Cory Andrews, Tiffany Lynn Noe and Logan Noe, aunts and uncles; Sandra Nosler of Danville, Betty Lou Howell of Danville and Jack Juvinall of Bloomington. His father preceded him. Jeffrey had worked for the city of Melbourne water dept. Jeffrey was an artist of modern art and enjoyed woodworking and woodcarvings, and did beautiful landscapes
