Jeffery Lee Bryant

Danville Jeffery Lee Bryant, 48, of Danville, IL passed away at 4:50 PM on July 10, 2019 in Congerville, IL.

Jeff was born on March 3, 1971 the son of Debra Rietberg in Danville, IL. He married Susan Marie Parks on July 26, 1993 in Meredosia, IL and she survives of Danville, IL.

Survivors include his wife, Susan Bryant, one daughter, Angela Bryant, one son, Tyler Bryant, one brother, Robert Douglas Rietberg, one sister, Cynthia (William) Rietberg-Smith all of Danville, IL. He is also survived by his grandfather, Jimmy Wasson, his mother-in-law, Noreen Parks, both of Danville, IL as well as two nieces Callie (Douglas) Huckelberry of Danville, IL, Jessica Kingore of Georgetown, IL, one nephew, Shane Jones of Manassas, VA, two great nephews, Michael and Hunter Huckelberry both of Danville, IL, his "honorary" daughter Brooklyn Konieczki of Danville, IL and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jeff is preceded in death by his mother, his grandmother, Betty Rose Wasson, his father-in-law, Glenn Parks Sr, a great niece, Nicole Huckelberry as well as various aunts and uncles.

Jeff was a truck driver for Jensen in Iowa. He loved being a "Show Choir Dad" and helping with Cub Scouts. When it involved helping his children, and their activities, Jeff was "All In" kind of guy. Jeff also enjoyed playing the drums, old cars, tinkering, and working on various projects. Most of all, he loved his family dearly and will be missed greatly by all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, July 15, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St., Danville, Illinois 61834. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 14, 2019 from 2:00 4:00 PM at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to any local youth charity of the donors choice in memory of Jeff.
