Jeante Debarba

Jeante DeBarba, 78, of Westville, passed away at 8:15am, Wednesday, September 11, 2013, at Danville Care Center, Danville. He was born on July 14, 1935, to Jean and Nell {Ford} DeBarba. He was united in marriage to the love of his life, Patricia Joyce Morrison, on October 15, 1955, in Danville, IL, until her passing on August 28, 2000. He is survived by: his daughter, Venetia Jean (DeBarba) Popa of Placerville, CA; his son, Dante Michael DeBarba of Yuba City, CA; four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. He worked as a chef then later retired from the food business. He served as a US Marine. He later cared for his mother until her passing. Jeante will be accorded cremation rites by Sunset-Urbas Funeral Chapel of Westville. He will be laid to rest in Sandusky Cemetery.
