Jean Haurez

Jean Haurez, age 76, of Danville, passed away at 11:00 pm on Sunday, May 6, 2007 at Provena USMC in Danville. She was born May 11, 1930 in Williamsport, IN the daughter of George S. and Grace (Chezem) Pugh. Jean married Richard Haurez on May 11, 1956 in Williamsport, IN at the Williamsport Christian Church. He survives. She is also survived by a brother in law and sister in law: Robert (Phyllis) Haurez; three nieces: Jamie (David) Pearson of Attica, IN, Kay (Jim) Britt of Clovis, CA, Sue Ford of Clovis, CA; one nephew: Randall (Deseree) Haurez of Crothersville, IN; twin great nieces: Jackie and Jennie Pearson of Attica, IN and a great nephew: Coleman Haurez of Crothersville, IN. Jean was preceded in death by her parents, a twin brother: Jack Pugh, a half brother: Howard Lee Debord, and two half sisters: Wilma Ford and Jo Peters. Jean worked as a legal secretary for over 42 years with Sebat-Swanson-Banks-Lessen and Garmin Law Firms. She liked doing cross stitch, cross word puzzles and hiking. Jean was very artistic and loved to draw. She was an avid reader who also enjoyed genealogy. She very much enjoyed spending time with her twin great nieces.
