Jean Cunningham

Jean Cunningham, born on July 3, 1962, in Danville, Illinois, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2025, in Covington, Indiana. She was a remarkable individual whose life was marked by her dedication to both her career and her family.

A proud graduate of Covington High School, Class of 1981, Jean's professional journey included significant tenures at Steele Grip Manufacturing, as well as roles at Pizza King and Valero's. Her work ethic and commitment to her jobs exemplified her character and left a lasting impact on those who had the pleasure of working alongside her.

Jean cherished the time spent with her family, particularly her grandchildren. The moments shared with Brooke Lynn Gossett, Lilly Gossett, and Hunter Lunsford brought her immense joy and fulfillment. She also had a special bond with her little dog, which added warmth and companionship to her daily life.

Her family is blessed to remember her as a loving mother to Dorothy Lanham and Skylar Cunningham, a loving grandmother to, Brooke Lynn, and Lilly Gossett, and Hunter Lunsford, and as a devoted sister to Nancy Cunningham and Connie Cunningham. Jean's legacy continues through her beloved niece, Brittani Bragg, and her great nephews, Bryar and Jackson.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents, William and Dorothy Mae Lucas Cunningham, and her brother Richard Cunningham. Though they are no longer by her side, their memory lives on in the hearts of her surviving family members and friends.
