Jason Murdock

Kingman, Ind. - Jason Murdock, 42, of Kingman, passed away at 2:15 a.m. EDT Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at Franciscan Health Indianapolis.

He was born July 31, 1978 in Danville, Illinois the son of the late Alma Louise (Hutson) Strickland and Michael L. Murdock.

Jason married Holly Moore on March 10, 2006 in Danville, Illinois. She survives.

Other survivors include his children: Tyler Moore of Crawfordsville, Indiana; Adrianna and LeeAnna Murdock, both at home; maternal grandmother: Blanche Barnhill of Eugene, Indiana; paternal grandmother: Betty (Tom) Nolen-Rodriguez of Danville, Illinois; two brothers: Michael (Denise) Murdock of Danville, Illinois and Randall (Elizabeth) Murdock of Crawfordsville, Indiana; three aunts: Rose Miller of Perrysville, Indiana; Lynn Foster of Raleigh, North Carolina and Cindy Nolen of Gessie, Indiana; two cousins: Kevin (Barb) Copsy of Williamsport, Indiana and Karen (Cameron) Albright of Florida; nieces and nephews: Doug; Rachelle; Destiney; Michael; Jacob; Aundrea; Victoria; Aurora; Vanessa and Daniel, and several great nieces and nephews.

Jason was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather: Thomas Barnhill; paternal grandfather: Howard Murdock; uncles: Greg Nolen and Danny Hutson, and nephew: Randall Murdock, II.

Jason worked in Management at NAPA in Indianapolis. He was a big sports fan and enjoyed watching the Baltimore Orioles; Las Vegas Raiders and I.U. Basketball. He especially enjoyed going to the North Vermillion Falcon games.
