Perrysville, Ind. -- Jasmine L. Reindl, 22, of Perrysville, Indiana, passed away at 8:32 a.m. CST Saturday, February 9, 2008 at Provena United Samaritans Medical Center in Danville, Illinois. She was born July 13, 1985 in Florence, Alabama the daughter of Gary D. McMurtrey and Cindy J. DuMont. Survivors include: her daughter, Valerie Reindl at home; Mother and Stepfather, Cindy(David)Smith of Perrysville, Indiana; Father, Gary D. McMurtrey of Killen, Alabama; Maternal Grandmother, Arrene Bona of St. Petersburg, Florida; Paternal Grandmother, Louise McMurtrey of Killen, Alabama; Step Grandparents, Denny(Carol)Smith of Perrysville, Indiana; Aunts and Uncles, Michel DuMont, Cheryl Porter, Raejo Booth, Veronica DuMont, Mike(Kim)Shepardson, Kenny(Glenda)Trousdale, Dan Smith, Mick(Niki)Smith, Eric(Jodi)Smith and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Paul Bona. Jasmine was a 2003 graduate of the Indiana Academy at Ball State University. She attended the Cayuga Christian Church. Jasmine enjoyed playing video games, spending time on the computer and watching japanese cartoons. She especially enjoyed taking care of her daughter, Valerie. Funeral services: 1 p.m. EST Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana; Officiating: Rev. Andy Spencer; Burial: Hicks Cemetery in Perrysville, Indiana; Visitation: 11 a.m. EST until time of services Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at the funeral home.
