Janice Reeder

Janice Reeder, 71, of Danville passed away Friday April 06, 2018 at OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center. She was born on November 07, 1946 to Walter and Hazel Salts in Williamsport, IN. They precede her in death. Janice leaves behind a husband of 48 years, Danny Reeder; three sons, Ethan (Kimberly) Wise, Christian (Renata) Wise, and Morgan (Abigale) Reeder; as well as four grandchildren, Daniel Wise, Grace Wise, Zachary Reeder, and Kayden Reeder. Janice was instrumental in the creation of the Fair Hope Ministry. She enjoyed gardening, painting, flowers, and taking care of animals. Her passion as she would say was "stamping it up," she loved creating her own greeting cards. When she wasn't "stamping it up" she spent her time with family and the people she loved. She was a wonderful wife and mother and will be greatly missed. A Memorial Celebration of Life Service will be held at 5:30 PM on Tuesday April 10, 2018 at Farmers Chapel United Methodist Church in Danville, IL. Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center at 3940 N. Vermilion St. have been entrusted with arrangements. Per Janice's wishes cremation rites have been accorded. Memorial donations may be made to Fair Hope Ministry at 908 May St. in Danville, IL.
