Jane L. Eads

Paris- Jane Lee Eads, 65, of Paris, formerly of the Danville area, passed away at 3:15 AM on Thursday, October 21, 2010 at the Indiana Heart Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. She was born on September 25, 1945 in Danville to George and Jessie Morris Nixon. She married Kenneth Eads on March 13, 1964 in Danville. Surviving are two sons Kenneth (Iona) Eads II of Danville and George Eads of Murphysboro, TN; daughter Angie Eads of Cocomo, IN; four brothers Jerry, Harold, Donnie, and Kenny Nixon; two sisters Carol (Bill) Pierce and Sharon Nichols; seven grandchildren Candice Williamson, Brandice Williams, Troy Eads, Heather Eads, Megan Eads, Cheyenne Audrich, Elizabeth Eads; eleven great-grandchildren Angelo Hall, Destiny and Isaiah Eads, Marlon Williams, Tiara Williams, Kendra Williams, Troy Eads, Kirsten McCabe, Madison McCabe, Ashtyn Brumfield, and Kalissia Stark. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Phyllis VanLeer, and brothers Jim Nixon, Howard Nixon, and Chuck Nixon. Jane enjoyed playing BINGO and loved spending time with her grandkids. A service to celebrate the life of Jane Eads will be held at 2 PM on Monday, October 25, 2010 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, A Life Celebration Home in Danville. Pastor James Ford will officiate. Burial will follow at Springhill Cemetery in Danville. Visitation will be held from 1-2 PM prior to the services on Monday, also at Sunset in Danville.
