Jancy Hubbard

Jancy Marilyn Hubbard returned to the Lord at the age of 39 on March 16 2012 after an accident involving a vehicle on I-74. Jancy was born on May 17, 1972 in Danville, IL, and is survived by: father, Clarence "Cy" Hubbard (Janet) from Ridge Farm, IL; mother, Janice Hawkins from Westville, IL; brother, John (Debbie) Hubbard from Hazleton IN; sister, Mia (John) Leverenz from Danville, IL; and brother, Justin Sergent (Nikki Wright) from Westville, IL; step sisters, Lisa Frailey & Stephanie Gage; nieces & nephews, Brooke Hubbard, Cody Hubbard, Johnny Leverenz, Jenna Leverenz, Chad Minick (Becca) & Holly Heimbeucher (Shawn); and many, many special friends too numerous to mention that had a huge impact in her life. She was married to Walter Hoult from 1994 to 2008. Jancy filled her life with the things she loved; God, family, and friends. She loved shopping, traveling, photography and personal fitness. She was a bubbly, vibrant, beautiful woman both inside and out and had the natural ability to make the whole room smile simply by her presence. To know Jancy, was to love her and she will be greatly missed. She was passionate about EVERYTHING that life had to offer. Our faith journey is all at our own pace, but Jancy's journey in faith was accelerated within the past 2 years by attending the Walk to Emmaus, small group, bible study, her re-dedication to Christ by her baptism on August 28, 2011. She was a member of Quest Church in Champaign, IL, and was employed by U of I as an Alumni Event Planner. She had a relationship with Steven Crouse who she loved and cared deeply for. Visitation will be at Sunset-Urbas Chapel in Westville, IL, on Wednesday, March 21 from 3:00 till 8:00 pm. A Funeral service officiated by Pastor Andy Adams will be Thursday, March 22 at 10:00 am at Sunset-Urbas. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Quest Church in Champaign or to a charity of your choice in Jancy's name. Jeremiah 29:11
