James Kenneth Fazio, 52, of Potomac, passed away June 30, 2008 at Provena Covenant Care in Champaign. James was born on September 28, 1955 in Danville. He graduated from Georgetown High and served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He later worked at Danville Metal Stamping as a press operator for 12 years. James married Cindy Hoskins on May 17, 1975. She survives along with their two daughters: Faith Kirby and her children Rhiannon Wilkus & Ethan Kirby and Yacey Fazio and her children Leath Jurca & Zachary Spence. Survivors also include: brother & sister in laws: Mike Hoskins, Marsha (Don) Lamberson, Jerry Hoskins, and Jeff (Bettina) Hoskins; Cindys parents Lois & James Hoskins; special grandson Leath; his biological mother Lola, and siblings: Jean, Sharon, Kitty, Cindy, Carolyn, Nancy, and Jason; special friend Donald Potter; many nieces & nephews and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by his adopted parents James and Arlene Fazio and his biological father. Per his and his families wishes he will be cremated and laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery in Indianola, IL. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm, Thursday, July 3, 2008 at Woodlawn Cemetery.
