Jacqueline Jane Angelica Bowman

Jacqueline Jane Angelica Tabels Bowman, 85 of Danville passed away at 2:28 December 5, 2017 at North Logan Healthcare Center in Danville. Jacqueline was born on August 22, 1932 the daughter of Fredrick August and Emma Engel Tabels. She married Richard A. Bowman on July 2, 1950 and he passed away on February 18, 2016. Jacqueline worked at Chuckles Candy Factory for many years and later worked for the Ryder Bus Company in Danville. She was a lifelong member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. She traveled with her husband Richard (Dick) to Florida and Texas after they both retired and enjoyed all the places and states they went to all of their married life. Jacqueline is survived by her five children, Linda (Garry) Van Camp, Debi (Marv) Davis, Nancy (fianc Dave Axtell) Crain, Richard (Laura) Bowman Jr., and Cheryl (Louis) Worrall. She has 10 Grandchildren, Jeff Van Camp, Karen (Eric) Crain Agre, Michelle (Rudy) Crain Perez, Ambre (Aaron) Bowman Todd, Heather (Jim) Davis Spencer, Steven (Monica) Crain, Coty (Brad) Worrall Markello, Joshua Bowman, and Cheyenne (Cody) Worrall Erwin. Jacqueline also has 19 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Jacqueline is proceeded in death by her husband Richard (Dick), her parents Fred and Emma Tabels, her sister Harriet Tabels Fowler and two brothers Arthur and Harlan Tabels and a grandson Thomas Christopher Van Camp. A Celebration of Jacqueline's life will be held at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center 3940 North Vermilion St. Danville, IL 61834 with Minister Carl Shaw officiating. Visitation will be held from 3:00 P.M to 5:00 P.M. on December 12, 2017 at the funeral home with funeral services following at 5:00 P.M. Burial will be a private service in Sunset Memorial Park with family only. PLEASE NO FLOWERS.
