Iva Riggle Woodrum

Danville- Iva Riggle Woodrum , 91, of Danville passed away at 8:39pm on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at Presence Covenant, Urbana. She was born July 5, 1925 in Danville, the daughter of William and Carrie Rickard Slifer. She will be missed by: Daughters, Jill Price and Susan (Colin) Waxham; grandchildren, Kate (Justin) Thorlton, Krissi (Talia) Daulton, Adam Joslin, Beth (Clay) McKibben, Jessica Crichfield, Jennifer (Pete) Deaton, Jonathan and Matthew Lane; fifteen great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Beverly Riggle. Iva was preceded in death by her parents; son, Stephen Riggle; daughter, Kim Lane; sister, Mary; brother, Bill. She was a life time member of Bowman Ave United Methodist Church. She loved to sing and spend time with her family. A celebration of Iva's life will be held at 6:00pm on Wedensday, October 12, 2016 at Bowman Ave United Methodist Church, Danville.
