Inez Clawson

Danville - Inez M. Clawson, 81, of Danville passed away peacefully in her sleep in her bed at 3:58 AM on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at her home. She was born on February 1, 1933 in Veedersburg, IN to Tom and May Rusk. She married Jerry Clawson on June 4 , 1955. He preceded her in death on February 1, 2011. She is survived by four daughters, Linda Jean Cambron of Piedmont, MO, Teresa Lynn Richardson of Antioch, CA, Marlene May Johnson of Indiana, and Jeri Diane Ellsworth of MO; 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; special friend, Christy (Robert) Cox of Danville; and longtime friend, Geneva Crook of Fairdealing, MO. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Mark Allan Clawson and twin infant sons, two sisters, Rose and Marie, and a brother, Jimmy. Inez retired from the Food Services Department at the VA Hospital. She loved her two Silky Haired Terriers, Guy and Girl. A private family memorial service to celebrate the life of Inez Clawson will be held at a later date.
