Hyla Blumenstock

Hyla Blumenstock age 94 of Danville passed away at 10:34 pm March 21, 2004 at the Hawthorne Inn in Danville. She was born November 28, 1909 in Newton, Iowa the daughter of Berthier and Lottie Chalmers Honeywell. Hyla had married Dr. Julius Blumenstock. He preceded her in death in 1963. Survivors include: one daughter, Velma Blumenstock of Danville; one brother, Jack Honeywell of Sun City West, AZ; two sisters, Helen Price of Roseville, CA And Betty Bailey of Fort Smith, AR. She was preceded by her parents, one sister and three brothers. Hyla had formally worked for Dr. Rarrick in Danville as office manager. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Daughters of the American Revolution and was also a Charter Member of C.R.I.S. Hyla enjoyed flower gardening and travel.
