Tilton - Hunter Boles, 22, of Tilton, formerly of Champaign, passed away at 2:58 PM on Friday, September 23, 2016 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. He was born on November 18, 1993 in Urbana to Shawna Vineyard. He is survived by his mother, Shawna (Darion) Vineyard-Etayo; five siblings, Heather (Dana) Hasselbring, Hannah Boles, Hope Gantz, Hollyn Gantz, and Hayden Etayo; nieces, Sonya and Sorinya and a nephew, Kadan; former step-father, Daniel Gantz; an aunt, Shannon, several other aunts and uncles, and several cousins; and step-grandparents Manuel and Patricia Etayo. Hunter was a son, a brother, an uncle, and a friend to many. He was kind, loving, and generous. His big blue eyes and dimples caught everyone's attention. He had a beautiful smile and an amazing laugh. He loved animals of every kind and was always bringing them home. Hunter loved being outside fishing, boating, riding dirt bikes, and skateboarding. He was always so excited to show off a new trick he learned. He was curious about how everything worked and would spend hours taking things apart and putting them back together. Hunter was currently working for Don Rickets at Central Missouri Floor Covering. It was his hope that with Don's help, he would one day move on to specialize in heating and air conditioning. In 2009, Hunter found his faith and was saved at Lodge Church of God. He will always be loved and remembered. Visitation for Hunter Boles will be held from 2-4 PM on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Sunset's Champaign-Urbana Chapel located at 710 N. Neil St. in Champaign. Cremation will follow. Memorials in his name may be made to Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, or to Celebrating Hunter's Life at GoFundMe.com.
