Hilda C. Adams, 94, of Danville, passed away at 11:10a.m. on July 12, 2004 at Hawthorne Inn in Danville. She was born October 4, 1909 in Falls City, Nebraska, the daughter of John W. and Emma D. (Hahn) Rieschick. She married Ray W. Adams on January 11, 1942 in Falls City, Nebraska. The celebrated 57 years of marriage shortly before his death on March 7, 1999. She is survived by: 1 Daughter: Raynelda (Charles) Hopta of Paxinos, PA; 3 Grandchildren: Jonathan Hopta, Charlie A. Hopta and Katherine Laura Hopta - all of Paxinos, PA; 1 Sister: Dorothy Frazen of Fairbury, Nebraska. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 Sisters and 2 Brothers. Hilda was a lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Danville. She worked as school cook at Trinity Lutheran for over 20 years, was a member of the Eunice Society and taught kindergarten Sunday school classes for over 20 years. She was a member of the Danville Horse Riding Society, and along with her husband was involved in showing horses.
