Heidi Gingras

Heidi Gingras, 50, of Danville, passed away at 5:50am, Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, IL. She was born on January 26, 1966, in Danville, IL, the daughter of Lawrence Sr. and Elizabeth {Bessette} Russell. She was wed to Thomas Gingras on January 27, 2007, in Winooski, Vermont. He will miss her dearly. She will also be missed by: her mother, Elizabeth Russell of Westville; her daughter, Hollie Patnaude of Charlotte, VT; her son, Brenden Patnaude of Charlotte, VT; her three grandchildren; her brothers, Lawrence (Janet) Russell of Danville, Randy (Lori) Russell of Georgetown; Scott Russell of Olivet, Kelly Jean Russell of Olivet; Dana (Lisa) Russell of Danville, & Jody (Ann) Russell of Burlington, VT; and several nieces & nephews, as well as, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her father, Lawrence Russell Sr. Heidi enjoyed dancing, karaoke, gardening and NASCAR. She was very proud of her children and loved them very much. She also loved her dogs. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. A Memorial Celebration of Heidi's life will be held at 7:00pm, Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Sunset-Urbas Funeral Chapel, 414 S State St, Westville, IL 61883. Visitation will be held 5:00pm - 7:00pm, Tuesday prior to her service at the funeral home. As per her wishes, she was cremated. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to her family to help with expenses.
