Harold Marcel Page, 93, of Westville, passed away on Monday, February 1, 2021 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, IL. He was born on October 3, 1927, in Grape Creek, IL, the son of Harold Brinley and Felcia (Wilson) Page. He was united in marriage to Lois Maxine Feggett, she preceded him in death. He will be dearly missed by his daughter, Susan Page of Westville; stepson, Ron Ours of Danville; son in law, Fred DeVors; brother, Bill (Linda) Page; grandchildren, Sherri (Jeff) Easley, Brad DeVors and Jennifer Quillen; great grandchildren, Ashlyn (David) Easley, Brandon Easley, Lennon DeVors, Logan Quillen and Elizabeth Quillen; great-great granddaughter, Amelia Overly. Marcel was preceded in death by his parents, stepdaughter, Debbie DeVors; brothers, Don and Jerry Page. Marcel was proud to serve his country in the United States Navy. He was a veteran of World War II, serving USS Uhlmann. He enjoyed Fishing, Bird Watching, mushroom hunting and cutting grass, at least three times a week. He also enjoyed watching the Chicago Cubs and Fighting Illini Basketball. Marcel cherished getting to spend time with his family and friends, and they will all miss him dearly. He also loved spending time with his daughter Susan, running their daily errands and she will miss bringing him his morning cup of Caseys coffee to start their day. A Celebration of Marcels life will be held at 10:00am on Friday, February 5, 2021 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Westville, Illinois, 414 S. State St. Westville, Illinois 61883. A visitation will be held from 4:00 to 6:00pm on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park in Danville, Illinois. Memorial donations may be made in his honor to American Macular Degeneration Foundations in his honor.
