Gloria Fay Collins

Gloria Fay (Witherspoon) Collins, 62, of Georgetown passed away at 3:55 p.m. Friday March 9, 2007 at Paris Community Hospital. She was born on May 7, 1944 in Cave City, KY, the daughter of Roy Kenneth and Audrey Miller Witherspoon. She married Tommy D. Collins on August 12, 1962 at the Georgetown Church of the Nazarene. He survives. Also surviving: her mother, Audrey Witherspoon of Georgetown; one son, Roy A. Collins of Georgetown; one daughter, Kimmila (Christofer) Collins Browning of Saginaw MI; her brothers & sisters, Audrey Allison of Georgetown, Jacquita (Jim) Craft of Georgetown, Kenneth (Kathleen) Witherspoon of Ridge Farm, Cindy (Gary) Allison of Georgetown, Virginia Mayo of Westville, Don (Lisa) Witherspoon of Alabama, Ron Witherspoon of Georgetown, and Michael David (Debbie) Witherspoon of Danville; her grandchildren, Andrew (Marta Ramshaw) Collins of Westville, Garrett and Hannah Collins, both of Georgetown, and Alisha Nicole and Aaron Browning, both of Saginaw, MI, her great grandchildren, Christopher and Elexis Collins; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father. Gloria love doing crafts, especially painting rocks. She enjoyed knitting and reading books. She was a Deacon at the Community of Christ Church in Georgetown.
